Karate For Teens

At this point in their lives they need positive guidance. Through our teen program they learn the importance of responsibility and respect. Through martial arts they will also learn how to control their emotions and how to improve their confidence and self esteem. This is a great outlet for these young adults who constantly strive for a challenge and need a great atmosphere.

 

Basic Course

This course is designed to allow beginners a chance to get involved in a real martial arts program. This program teaches the basic stances, blocks, punches and kicks. We also work on basic self defense including stranger danger techniques, bully buster techniques and victim prevention. Built in to all of our programs is our life skills program where we teach people young and old the values of confidence, courtesy, respect, discipline and control.

Black Belt Course

Once you are a member of our Black Belt course you begin some of your more advanced training. During this program you receive all aspects of the basic course and so much more. You start learning how to spar using protective gear. Your self defense now includes basic ground defenses, gun defenses, knife defenses and multiple attacker defenses. If you so desire you can train to compete in tournaments. This program is designed to take you all the way to Black Belt.

Leadership Course

This course is designed for those students who want more. If Black Belt is one of your goals but not your only goal then this is the course for you. This program offers you all of the basic course and the black belt course. Along with what you are receiving from those courses you start learning brazilian jiu jitsu (grappling), martial art weapons, muay thai kickboxing and much more. This course centers around our unique leader building program designed to build leaders in the community, school, work, the martial art academy and at home. This is our elite martial art program.

Certified Instructor Training Course

This course is not for everyone. This course is for those individuals who wish to make martial arts their career. We do not hire from the outside. You must be a student of ours first, then you can start you training to become a martial arts professional. Everything is offered on this course. We hold nothing back. As an American Martial Art Institute instructor you are responsible for changing people's lives. We pride ourselves in the positive influence we have and strive to deliver the best instruction possible.
